Hi, I’m Maddie, a certified personal trainer. My fitness journey began after I was bullied about my appearance.
Initially, I thought keto and cardio were the solutions, as that’s what the women in my family swore by.
I lost weight quickly, but also lost muscle. This yo-yo dieting led to an eating disorder and left me far from my dream body.
Determined to find a better way, I started lifting weights, despite protests from many who believed I would become too bulky and undesirable. Fortunately, I never ended up with "Chris Hemsworth arms" despite hitting biceps twice a week.
