Designed for women who love to workout in a gym environment. These workouts will build and progress your strength throughout the weeks to come. This guide is meant for the Intermediate level. For our advanced lifters add an additional first working set. Equipment needed: Light to heavy DB, barbell and plates, leg extension machine, leg curl machine, cable machine, leg press, hip thrust machine, shoulder press machine, bench press machine, treadmill, and all other gym amenities. Estimate workout time: 45-60 minutes Days/Weeks: 5/ 8 Weeks Style: Body Part Split
