These workouts will use a combination of weight lifting and cardio to give you the most bang for your buck! This is perfect for those who want to do this in the comfort of their own homes too! Equipment: dumbbells, paper plates, and resistant bands Estimate Workout times: 20-30 minutes Days: 3-5 Weeks: 8 In this workout program, there will be more circuit focus because when you're short on time you can fit in a lot of movement with the right circuit. These will be full-body workouts with highlights focused on different muscle groups every workout.
