REFUND POLICY

General policy

All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Maddie Hull. We aim to handle all refund requests ethically and fairly, taking into consideration the specific circumstances of each situation.

Coaching Services

Refunds for coaching services, including support via phone, messaging, and providing workouts and advice, will be considered based on the following guidelines:

  • Cancellation by Client: Clients are encouraged to notify cancellations or discontinuations in advance. Requests for refunds will be reviewed individually based on the provided notice and reason.

  • No-Show or Lack of Engagement Policy: Refunds for lack of engagement or no-shows are generally not provided but may be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Digital Products

Refunds for digital products, including fitness programs, are generally not issued due to the nature of the products. However, if there are issues with access, clients are encouraged to contact us for assistance and potential resolutions.
